The information above regarding: The accident on the State Street, a traffic circle about 1/2 way downtown as far west as 446 E. 11st Ave.; which occurred around 9-11 on a very narrow, sloping sidewalk in Chatham during rush hour (between 5pm- midnight). The woman was rushed into ambulance immediately before her vehicle slid through the center into the east-center street into traffic from west towards the opposite street. (Video to camera)
